No alcoholic beverage other than champagne, wine or beer shall be permitted in the building or on any part of the premises. No alcoholic beverage may be sold in the building or on the premises under any circumstance. 11. Smoking shall only be permitted in designated areas and where proper receptacles are provided. Smoking shall not be permitted at any time in the Little Theater. 12. No food or beverage shall be permitted outside the lobby or in the Little Theater. 13. A building supervisor shall be on duty at all times during the use of the facilities of said building by a group and shall be responsible for the general conduct in the building and enforcement of rules governing the facilities. 14. The charges for the use of the facilities of said building shall be based upon the following classifications: Group Ia - Veterans groups. Group I - Recreation Department- sponsored, City- sponsored or co- sponsored activities. Group II - School districts (recreational or educational programs) : (a) Programs or activities conducted by school_' districts with whom the City has reciprocal facility use agreements; (b) Other school districts with whom the City does not have such agreements; (c) Admission charges shall be approved by the Director of Recreation for such recreational or educational programs. Group III - Youth organizations: (a) Non - profit; (b) Located or having its base of operation in the City of Redwood City; (c) Adult- sponsored; (d) No admission charges. Group IV - Non - profit community service groups: (a) Located or having its base of operation in the City of Redwood City; (b) Admission charges shall be approved by the Director of Recreation for any activity conducted by such groups. -2-
