Remove pedestrian safety signs from the parade route on Middlefield and on Main <br />prior to the start of the Fun Run. <br />Public Safetv: <br />Festival area is defined as Broadway from Winslow to Main St., Jefferson from Marshall to <br />Middlefield Rd., Middlefield Rd. from Marshall to Winslow and Hamilton St. from Marshall to <br />Winslow including parking lot along Winslow. <br />1) The PCA request the closure of Hamilton St. from Broadway to the edge of the City <br />parking lot from 6:00 P.M. Wednesday July 2 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday July 5. This is to <br />facilitate the temporary staging of vehicles and equipment need in conjunction with the <br />event preparation and cleanup after the Festival. Current business owners will be <br />contacted in advance to accommodate their routine business operations. <br />2) No Parking in the festival area from 5:00 P.M. Thursday July 3 until 8:00 P.M. <br />Saturday July 5. Posting of "No Parking" signs should be completed by 5:00 P.M., <br />Friday June 28. Enforcement of "No Parking" to begin 5:00 P.M. Thursday July 3. <br />The PCA can assist the Police Department with preparation of the NO PARKING signs. <br />We will provide pre - printed labels to apply to the signs and would offer to put them on <br />the signs and return the signs to the Police Department for posting. <br />3) Traffic Diversion: <br />Below are listed requested traffic diversions for the safety of pre -event setup of <br />vendor booths, stages, and miscellaneous facilities. Specific locations are: <br />Festival Area — no thru traffic and no narking <br />A. Hamilton St. from Broadway to Hamilton St. to the edge of the City parking lot <br />from 6:00 P.M. WED, July 2 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday July 5. <br />B. Broadway from Winslow to Jefferson and Broadway from Jefferson to Main St. <br />from 6:00 P.M. Thursday July 3 to 8:00 P.M. Saturday July 5. <br />C. Hamilton St. from Marshall St. to Broadway from 6:00 P.M. Thursday July 3 to <br />8:00 P.M. Saturday July 5. <br />D. Middlefield Rd. from Marshall St. to Winslow from 6:00 P.M. Thursday July 3 <br />to 8:00 P.M. Saturday July 5. <br />E. Jefferson from Marshall St. to Middlefield Rd. from 5:00 A.M. Friday July 4 to <br />8:00 P.M. Friday July 4. <br />F.
