� ZA -2 <br />on parcels within Redwood City must be adopted no later than July 11, 2003. <br />Alternatives <br />1) The City could opt out of the countywide STOPPP program and fund an individual <br />municipal stormwater program; however, this would require the City to obtain its <br />own municipal NPDES permit from the Regional Water Ouality Control Soard. <br />2) The City could chose to fund the program through - ome other source of city funds. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The total cost to support the NPDES program is covered by the parcel fees with no impact <br />on City revenues or expenditures. <br />IGZZt� j� /) -may .' /! `VG A <br />Marilyn/.
