6A - 3 <br />Alternatives <br />1. Approve the ordinances as proposed. <br />2. Modify one or more of the ordinances to address concerns raised by the City Council. <br />3. Refer one or more of the ordinances back to the Planning Commission for further study. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />The proposed ordinance amendments will have no fiscal impact on the City.
