8A -21 <br />B. Personal services shops, including beauty, barber, shoe repair, or watch <br />repair shops. <br />C. Financial services, title companies, stock exchange, and professional, <br />medial or administrative offices. <br />D. Restaurants and cafes, including the sale of beer and wine, for <br />consumption on the premises, but not including liquor. <br />E. Printing, publishing, lithography, photography, blueprinting, or engraving <br />shops and services. <br />F. Family Day Care Homes within residential structures. <br />G. Residential uses, either condominiums or rental units; provided that there <br />shall be a minimum of one hundred (100) square feet of open space per <br />unit. Open space shall be calculated pursuant to Section 32.9, except that <br />private open space shall be considered on a one to one (1 -1) basis with <br />common open space. <br />Section 3. That Article 14 (CB Cental Business District), Section 14.4 (Conditional <br />Uses), subsection D, of the Redwood City Zoning Code is hereby amended in its <br />entirety to read as follows: <br />"D. Night clubs and indoor commercial recreational uses ;" <br />Section 4. That Article 26 (CBR Central Business Retail District), Section 26.4 <br />(Conditional Uses), of the Redwood City Zoning Code, is hereby amended to add a new <br />subsection (W) to read as follows: <br />"W.
