<br /> 7, as shown on said map; THENCE along said southerly
<br /> line of Douglas Avenue, North 81 12' 47" West, a
<br /> distance of 50.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:

<br /> of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly
