D. Paint thinners and solvents from oil -based paints shall be filtered and re -used when possible. Waste <br /> sludge, thinner and solvent from cleaning tools and equipment shall be disposed of as a hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> 3.10 SITE CLEANUP <br /> A.
