SW~:djk 6/04/87 (#19) <br /> <br />_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Project <br /> Administration - Wastewater Sludge Removal" (form dated 5/18/87) <br /> by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City and the South Bayside System Authority, a copy of which <br /> agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary, and to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> is hereby approved; and the Executive Director is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br /> behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
