1 j <br /> WHEREAS, Since 2008, Ferma Corporation has operated a Construction <br /> Demolition (C &D) debris and green wood waste recycling facility at the proposed <br /> project location with a 673- ton /day maximum permitted throughput with SRDC, <br /> Inc. ( "SRDC ") and SRDC has handled the product selling portion of the facility; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Ferma Corporation and SRDC (hereinafter "SRDC ") maintain <br /> a business address of 1265 Montecito Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043; and <br /> WHEREAS, SRDC is seeking a long term Large Volume Construction and <br /> Demolition /Inert C &D Debris Processing Facility Permit from the California <br /> Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) and other <br /> necessary authorizations to increase the maximum throughput to 1,200 tons /day. <br /> WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br /> found in the Initial Study, the Revised Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated <br /> Negative Declaration, the Mitigated Negative Declaration and supporting <br /> documents located at the address set forth below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures <br /> related thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, The State CEQA Guidelines, Sections 15097, requires the <br /> Lead Agency (Port of Redwood City) to adopt a program for mitigation, <br /> monitoring or reporting (the "MMRP ") for the mitigation measures identified for <br /> the Project, and <br /> 2 - Reso P -2128 <br /> Reso 179 <br /> 02/09/2011 <br /> 03/09/2011 <br /> SCanned <br />
