c Ap, w <br /> g...• <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the mitigation, monitoring and reporting <br /> requirement is to ensure that measures adopted or identified to mitigate or avoid <br /> significant impacts are implemented, and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt the Mitigated Negative <br /> Declaration for purposes of compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA <br /> Guidelines including its MMRP. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals are true and correct. <br /> 2. The Revised Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration <br /> and the Mitigated Negative Declaration and other documents required by <br /> law were mailed to all organizations and individuals who had previously <br /> requested notice and the Notice of Intent and other required documents <br /> were duly published and duly mailed (Declarations; SRDC CEQA File <br /> "SRDCCF "). <br /> 3. The Revised Notice of Intent specified the period during which <br /> comments could be received, the date, time and place of hearings on the <br /> Project, a brief description of the Project, its location and the address <br /> where copies of the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration were <br /> available for review (Notice of Intent, Declaration; SRDCCF). <br /> 4.
