The Mitigated Negative Declaration addresses the potential air quality <br /> problem in the description of the Project and /or by incorporating conditions <br /> which mitigate or avoid such potential impacts. (MND, MMRP; SRDCCF), <br /> 10. The Mitigated Negative Declaration and approval thereof, reflect the <br /> Port's independent judgment and analysis. <br /> 11. The comments made by agencies and members of the public do not <br /> require additional mitigation measures and do not effect the conclusion <br /> that there are no potential significant environmental effects. The measures <br /> incorporated in the Project and Mitigated Negative Declaration are <br /> compatible with surrounding land uses and shall not be inconsistent with <br /> planned uses in the area within which the Site is located. <br /> 12. Implementation of control measures shall be provided as set forth in <br /> the Mitigated Negative Declaration and supporting documents, including <br /> the MMRP. <br /> 13. The Mitigated Negative Declaration is adequate and in full compliance <br /> with the requirements of CEQA. <br /> 14. The Mitigated Negative Declaration, including the MMRP, adequately <br /> describes all control measures which are reasonably required to mitigate <br /> the impacts of the Project. <br /> 15. The Mitigated Negative Declaration, including the MMRP is hereby <br /> adopted. <br /> 16.
