6.16 -5 <br />(b) The Permittee will pay for the services of two police officers for traffic <br />control from 7:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. <br />(c) The Permittee will be responsible for providing, placing, and collec:+ng all <br />cones involved in this event. <br />(d) The Permittee, under the direction of the police department, will mark and <br />post the affected streets with "No Parking" signs by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, <br />July 31, 2003. The signs will state that parking will be prohibited on Sunday, <br />August 3, 2003, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />13. Additional Matters: This event is not a race. Therefore, all participants will <br />obey traffic laws and yield to pedestrians and vehicular traffic where <br />appropriate. Additional or further matters not herein described or <br />contemplated in connection with the "Tour de Peninsula" shall not be <br />effectuated without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br />14.
