Based on the bids received, staff believes that the low bid of $513,680.00.00 is <br /> reasonable and responsive, and recommends awarding the contract to Conco-West Inc. <br /> Construction is expected to begin next month and conclude within 210 calendar days. <br /> The city will give notice to all residents and businesses that might be affected by the <br /> construction. Additionally, the contractor is obligated to provide notice to area residents i <br /> and businesses two weeks prior to the start of work.
