ORVG!F L RCSD Contract # <br /> 201011 -728 A <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY <br /> THIS AMENDMENT, entered into this 8th day of December, 2010, by and between the <br /> REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter called DISTRICT), a <br /> political subdivision of the State of California, and the City of Redwood City (hereinafter called <br /> CONTRACTOR), <br /> W•I•T•N•E•S.S•E•T•H <br /> WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the CONTRACTOR to provide extended <br /> day academic and enrichment services described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School <br /> Minimum Expectations in Attachment A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in <br /> Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane, and Taft effective <br /> on July 1, 2010, for a one -year period ending June 30, 2011; and <br /> WHEREAS, on section 11 of the original Agreement, the parties agreed that the <br /> CONTRACTOR will perform all the services in this Agreement for an amount not to exceed <br /> $797,589.55, subject to the contingency provision on section 12 of the original Agreement. <br /> Requirements for the compensation for this Agreement are described in the Attachment B of the <br /> original Agreement. <br /> (BASE FUNDING = 175 SCHOOL DAYS) <br /> SCHOOL ASES 21 CCLC CONTRACT TOTAL <br /> 1.
