• <br /> ■ <br /> 4 <br /> WHEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Section 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide extended day academic and enrichment services <br /> described in RCSD Extended Day Program & School Minimum Expectations in Attachment <br /> A and RCSD Extended Day Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair Oaks, Garfield, <br /> John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane, and Henry Ford Schools. The RCSD will provide <br /> necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as described in Attachment A. The <br /> CONTRACTOR if applicable will refer 21 Century Community Learning Center families to <br /> existing literacy and related education development services. <br /> 2. Section 11. COMPENSATION <br /> The CONTRACTOR agrees to perform all the services of this agreement for an amount not <br /> to exceed $843,325.05 subject to contingency provision on section 12.
