4. FURNISH AND INSTALL NEW ELECTRICAL WORK <br /> A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done <br /> at the contract lump sum price for furnishing and installing new <br /> electrical work to support the new 2 ton air conditioning unit as shown <br /> on the plans. This shall also be inclusive of all interconnect wiring for <br /> the Trane Control Systems, and required work for the Energy <br /> Management system. <br /> B. Under this bid item, all work for furnishing and installing new electrical <br /> work as shown and noted, shall be provided. This shall be inclusive of <br /> the required wiring, controls, thermostat, gauges and other noted <br /> hardware and appurtenances that are associated with this work. <br /> Balancing and testing of the A/C unit shall be included under this bid <br /> unit. <br />
