City o}Redwood City <br /> Proposal to Prepare Proposition IESWFMGrant Application and Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> Task 2 Draft Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> 2.1 Compile Project Information <br /> RMC will work with the City to draft the Bay Area IRWMP Project Template, including the <br /> following: <br /> • RMC will work with the city to identify the projected benefits and impacts of the project <br /> • RMC will coordinate with the City to obtain the following information: <br /> o Detailed project description <br /> o Identify Proposition 50 Water Management Strategies addressed by the project <br /> and the primary project water strategy <br /> o Identify Proposition 84 & 1E: Project Benefits (Eligibility Criteria and additional <br /> Eligibility Criteria) <br /> o Identify Statewide Priorities addressed by project <br /> o Information demonstrating the project is ready for implementation, including a <br /> brief discussion on supporting studies, status on design, environmental review, <br /> and securing matching funds, and the start and finish dates for project stages <br /> o Description of linkages between the project schedule and schedule of other <br /> projects, including the integration of the project with other Bay Area IRWMP <br /> Projects <br /> o Information on stakeholder involvement and coordination, including level of <br /> participation <br /> o Project photo : RMC will develop a map showing the Project location <br /> • RMC will work with the City to identify the capital cost, and operation and maintenance <br /> cost of the project <br /> • RMC will work with the City to Identify how the Project will comply with all <br /> environmental compliance requirements <br /> • RMC will work with the City to develop a description of the disadvantaged communities <br /> (DACs) that will benefit or be impacted by the Project and address environmental justice <br /> goals <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> 2.2 Prepare Final Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> RMC will incorporate final comments on the draft Bay Area IRWMP Project Template and <br /> prepare the final Template for submittal by February 25, 2011. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Final Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> . • <br /> 7'Page <br /> RMC Water and Environment <br />
