City of Redwood City <br /> Proposal to Prepare Proposition 1 SWFM Grant Application and Bay Area IRWMP Project Template <br /> Task 3 Draft Grant Application <br /> 3.1. Compile Eligibility Requirements and Complete Grant Application Checklist <br /> RMC will coordinate with the City to obtain information to complete the grant application <br /> checklist, Attachment 1, and Attachment 2 as described below. <br /> Attachment 1. Authorization and Eligibility Requirements <br /> • RMC will work with the City to develop a resolution that can be adopted by the City <br /> Council designating the City to submit the application and execute an agreement with <br /> the State of California for a SWFM Grant. <br /> • RMC will coordinate with the City to document eligibility for a SWFM Grant. <br /> Attachment 2. Adopted Plan and Proof of Formal Adoption <br /> • RMC will compile proof of formal adoption for all RWMG entities and project <br /> proponent(s) adopting the IRWM Plan. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft application checklist for review by City. <br /> • Final application checklist for submission to DWR. <br /> • Draft Attachments 1 and 2 for review by City. <br /> • Final Attachments 1 and 2 for submission to DWR. <br /> 3.2 Review and Compile Draft Work Plan (Attachment 3) <br /> RMC will work with the City to develop a draft Work Plan, including the following: <br /> • RMC will work with the City to develop goals and objectives for the Project <br /> • RMC will coordinate with the City to obtain the following information: <br /> o Summary description of the Project and tasks necessary to complete the Project. <br /> o Information demonstrating the Project is ready for implementation, including <br /> brief discussion of supporting studies, data and resources for the Project, to <br /> ensure implementation is based on sound scientific and technical principles. <br /> o Deliverables for the Project <br /> o Description of the linkages and synergies between other projects that are critical <br /> to the success of the regional IRWM effort. <br /> • RMC will develop a map showing the Project location. <br /> • RMC will review the tasks and subtasks in the draft Work Plan to ensure that they are <br /> consistent with those shown in the Budget and Schedule. <br /> • RMC will review the Work Plan using scoring criteria listed in the PSP to ensure that <br /> each criterion is addressed, and provide feedback to the City if criteria are not met. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Draft Work Plan for review by the City <br /> Wage <br /> RMC Water and Environment <br />
