All monuments and bench <br /> merits as required above that are disturbed or. destroyed shall be replaced <br /> by the. subdivider before acceptance of improvements. <br /> 6.32 Permanent and accurate Benchrarks shall be set in curb <br /> returns or other approved locations at each street intersection, and comk <br /> poets field notes showing locations and elevations shall be filed with <br /> the City sneer. <br /> 6.1. Agreement and Bond for Improvements. <br /> 6.41 Upon the approval by the City Council of the final map the <br /> subdivider shall execute and file an agreement between himself and the <br /> City specifying the period within which ho shall complete all improvement <br /> • work to •the satisfaction of the City Engineer and providing that if he <br /> shall fail to complete such work wx.thin such period the City may complete <br /> the sae and recover the full cost and expense thereof from the subdivider. <br /> The agreement shall also provide for inspection of all improvements by <br /> the City Engineer and reimbursement of the Ci - for the cost: of such <br /> inspection by the subdivider.
