Authorize an increase to the rebate funding for Fiscal Year 2002/2003 from <br />$66,900.00 to $79,500.00 representing an increase in the number of rebates <br />from 446 to 530 <br />2. Authorize City Manager to sign application to continue participation in the <br />regional high- efficiency clothes washer rebate program with funding in the <br />amount of $97,110.00 for Fiscal Year 2003/2004 <br />3.
