Once per month the Contractor shall <br /> submit an employment utilization report covering the Contractor <br /> and all subcontractors showing the number of jobs created by the <br /> project, the number of employees and number of hours worked, the <br /> number of minority employees and the number of employees who <br /> reside in the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City. <br /> This report shall cover the 1st - 30th of each month and shall be <br /> due no later than the 10th of the following month, on a form <br /> provided by the CCL. <br /> <br /> <br />
