VERIFICATION OF PAY. Copies of cancelled checks <br />verifying payments made as reported on certified payrolls shall <br />be provided to the CCL. Copies of the front side of checks will <br />be accepted along with payroll submittals until such time as <br />checks clear the Contractor or subcontractor's bank and then <br />copies of the entire check (front and back side) evidencing the <br />employee's signature shall be provided. <br /> <br /> Alternate forms will be accepted but will not substitute for <br />cancelled checks, nor for required Payroll Form A-l-131. <br /> <br /> 7. FRINGE BENEFITS. Fringe Benefits may be paid directly <br />to the employees or paid into an approved fund. If paid directly <br />to the employee, payments must be reflected on the payroll form. <br />If paid into approved funds, the Contractor and each <br />subcontractor will provide the name, address, telephone number <br />and contact person at the third party agency receiving said <br />funds. Copies of Fringe Benefits withholding payments made, <br />shall be provided to the CCL. <br /> <br /> 8. PAY DIFFERENTIALS. The Contractor and subcontractors <br />shall apply any pay differentials specified in the wage <br />decision, i.e., classes under 4 day work weeks or alternating <br />weeks shall be paid overtime for work performed on the 5th day, <br />or in excess of 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week, plus travel <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
