JAH,nt 11/13/87 (#22) <br /> JA}. .jk 01/08/88R <br /> JAH~djk 04/07/88R <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires that its Prevailing Wage Policy <br /> <br />be applied uniformly throughout the Project Area; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />ACTING AS THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Agency hereby adopts as its prevailing wage policy <br />the document entitled "Prevailing Wage Policy of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City", attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> 2. To implement its prevailing wage policy the Agency <br />hereby approves the guidelines set forth in the document entitled <br />"Prevailing Wage Rate Implementing Guidelines", attached hereto <br />and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
