The Agency Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into and execute on behalf of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City that certain agreement <br />entitled "Agreement Demolition of Improvements at 910 Main Street <br />and 1012 Main Street", by and between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and L.C. Rudd & Son, Inc. for the <br />performance of said work in accordance with the abovementioned <br />bid proposal, a copy of which agreement is presently on file in <br />the office of the Agency Secretary, to which reference is hereby <br />made for full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> 3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br />aforementioned L.C. Rudd & Son, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The Agency Secretary is hereby authorized and directed <br />to return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful <br />bidder upon execution by it of the contract for the performance <br />of said work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract <br />upon award. <br /> <br /> <br />
