Z <br /> 12 . Paragraph 10.5 is hereby added to Resolution No. 6882 to <br /> read as follows : <br /> "10. 5 Notice of Exemption. Upon a determination that <br /> a project is exempt from the requirements of CEQA because it <br /> is an emergency project, a ministerial project, or categori- <br /> cally exempt, and the officer or agency of the City having <br /> the authority to approve or determine to carry out the project <br /> does so approve or determine to carry out the project, the <br /> Planning Director may file notice of such exemption with the <br /> County Clerk, County of San Mateo, or the County Clerk of the <br /> County in which the project will be located, in accordance with <br /> the provisions of Section 21152 (b) of the Public Resources Code <br /> and Section 15074 of the California Adminstrative Code. In <br /> the event an applicant desires to file a notice of exemption <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Section 15074 (b) of the <br /> California Administrative Code, the Planning Director shall <br /> prepare and certify a statement evidencing such exemption. " <br /> 13 . Paragraph 11. 5 is hereby added to Resolution No. 6882 to <br /> read as follows: <br /> "11 . 5 Responsible Agency. In every instance where the <br /> City is designated a responsible agency for a proposed project, <br /> the officer or agency of the City having final responsibility <br /> for approval or disapproval of the project, or having the <br /> authority to undertake the project, shall be responsible for <br /> considering only the significant effects of those activities <br /> which such officer or agency is required by law to carry out <br /> or approve , and which are involved in the project for which <br /> a lead agency has prepared an EIR. " <br /> 14. Exhibit A (entitled, "Exhibit A - Administrative Code <br /> §S15101-15112" ) of Resolution No. 6882 is hereby deleted and <br /> rescinded from said Resolution. <br /> • <br /> -19- <br />
