<br /> intersection also being the most northeasterly corner of said Block 3,

<br /> westerly line of Jefferson Avenue, North 3° 30' 00" West, a distance
<br /> of 31.40 feet, more or less to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE

<br /> of 200.00 feet to a point in the westerly line of said Jefferson Ave-
<br /> nue; THENCE along the southerly extension of said last-mentioned line,
<br /> South 3° 30' 00" East, a distance of 48.60 feet, more or less, to the
<br /> TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. •
<br /> ALSO RESERVING AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM an easement for
<br /> overhead and underground public utilities, being more particu-
<br /> larly described as follows :
<br /> A twenty foot wide strip of land measured at right angles and
<br /> lying adjacent to and northerly of the southerly line of said East
<br /> Fuller Street from the northerly extension of the westerly line of
<br /> Block 3, Range D of said subdivision to the northerly extension of
