G1D 1 -65 4 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />4590 <br />f N <br />RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST, CONVE14IENCE AND NE- <br />CESSITY REQUIRE AND THAT COU14CIL INTENDS THAT REDWOOD <br />CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 -65 INCUR GEN- <br />ERAL OBLIGATION BONDED INDEBTEDNESS AND FIXING TIME <br />AND PLACE FOR HEARING ON QUESTION WHETHER WHOLE DIS- <br />TRICT WILL BE BENEFITED AND ON QUESTION AS TO WHAT <br />SHOULD BE TAX BASE FOR BONDS. <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City General Improvement District <br />No. 1 -65 (hereinafter called the "District ") is a general im- <br />provement district duly organized and existing under the Red- <br />wood City General Improvement District Ordinance (being Ordi- <br />nance No. 1128 adopted March 9, 1964, as amended by Ordinance <br />No. 1177 adopted January 25 1965 said Ordinance No. 1128 as <br />so amended being hereinafter called the "Ordinance "); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Redwood City <br />(hereinafter called the "City ") by Resolution No. � S " duly <br />adopted on March 15, 1965 finally determined and generally <br />described a project for the District, hereinafter referred <br />to; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been found and determined and the <br />Council does hereby find and determine, that the cost of said <br />project will be approximately the sum hereinafter set forth, <br />and that the District has no funds or income or revenues and <br />the cost of said project is and will be too great to be paid <br />from the levy and collection of taxes within the District; <br />1 <br />
