w <br />constitute and be known as "Improvement District No. 1 of <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1 -65 "; and the <br />proceedings thereafter for the purpose of a bond election or <br />bond authorization for said project within said improvement <br />district and for the purpose of taxation for the payment of <br />the bonds and interest for said project shall be limited and <br />apply only to said improvement district. <br />5. Notice of said hearing shall be given by the <br />City Clerk by publication of this resolution and by posting <br />and mailing copies of this resolution, all in the manner pro- <br />vided by Chapter 4 of the Ordinance. <br />6. This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 1965, by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bury, Granger, Herkner, Petersen, Royer, <br />Weymouth, and Mayor Rosselli <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />4 <br />
