0 0 <br />(a) Will the whole or only a portion of the <br />District be benefited by the accomplishment of the afore- <br />said object and purpose for which said proposed general <br />obligation bonded indebtedness is proposed to be incurred? <br />(b) If only a portion of the District will be <br />benefited by said object and purpose, what portion will <br />be so benefited? <br />(c) Should the tax base for the bonds for <br />said project be land only, real property or all taxable <br />property? <br />Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time. At <br />said time and place, or at such time and place to which said <br />hearing may be adjourned, any person interested, including per- <br />sons owning property within the District, may appear and present <br />any matters material to the questions hereinbefore set forth <br />and will be heard upon the said questions. At said hearing the <br />Council shall receive proofs and consider all matters stated in <br />this resolution and may make changes in said project or in the <br />portion of the District to be benefited by said project. Upon <br />the conclusion of said hearing hereinabove fixed, the Council <br />may by resolution, determine that the public interest and con- <br />venience require the incurring of said general obligation bonded <br />indebtedness, whether the whole or only a part of the District <br />will be benefited by the object and purpose of said project and <br />the tax base for said project. If the Council determines that <br />the whole of the District will not be benefited by said project, <br />then it shall by resolution describe the portion of the District <br />which will be benefited by said project, describing such por- <br />tion of the District in a manner sufficient for identification, <br />and such portion of the District so described shall thereupon <br />K3 <br />
