• s <br />(hereinafter called the "Resolution of Public Interest "); and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the hearing provided for in the <br />Resolution of Public Interest was duly given by publication, <br />posting and mailing of copies of the Resolution of Public <br />Interest pursuant to its provisions and to the Ordinance, as <br />evidenced by the affidavit of publication and affidavit of <br />posting and mailing of the Resolution of Public Interest pre- <br />sented to the Council and on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk; and <br />WHEREAS on the day fixed by the Resolution of Public <br />Interest for said hearing, to wit, on Monday, March 8, 1965, <br />at 8 :00 P.M. (P.S.T.) at the Board of Supervisors Chambers in <br />the Hall of Justice and Records in the City, said hearing was <br />duly held and duly continued to Monday, March 15, 1965, at <br />8:00 P.M.
