NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. The Council hereby finds and determines no land <br />is excluded from said proposed district which in the judgment <br />of the Council would be benefited by the project as finally <br />determined as hereinafter set forth and that no land is in- <br />cluded in said proposed district which in the judgment of the <br />Council will not be so benefited. <br />2. The Council hereby determines that the public <br />interest and convenience require the project as finally deter- <br />mined as hereinafter described for said proposed district and <br />also require the formation of said proposed district. <br />3. Said proposed district is hereby established and <br />designated as "Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br />1 -65" (hereinafter called the "District "). <br />4. The boundaries of the District are hereby fixed <br />and determined to be as set forth and described in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof entitled "Revised Boundary <br />Description, Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1 -65 ". <br />Said boundaries are shown on that certain map entitled "Revised <br />Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1 -65, Storm Drain <br />Improvements ", on file in the office of the City Clerk. The City <br />Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file certified copies <br />of this Resolution, including Exhibit A attached hereto and cop- <br />ies of said map with the County Assessor of San Mateo County and <br />the State Board of Equalization, Sacramento, California. <br />5.
