<br />All the land within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City,
<br />San Mateo County, California, said land being more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an angle point in the corporat- limit line of the City of x
<br />Redwood City as established by Ordinance No.' 746 dated October 5, 155 �Lnd
<br />Ordinance No. 520 dated April 2, 1945, said angle point being the intersection
<br />of the northeasterly line of Alameda de las Pulgas, 66.00 feet in width with
<br />the southeasterly line of Woodside Road, 66.00 feet in width; THE I:C r. south
<br />21 19' West along the southwesterly prolongation of said sout:.�asterly line
<br />of Woodside Road and along the corporate limit line of the City of Redwood
<br />City to t;:a centerline of Alameda de las Pulgas; THENCE northwesterly along
<br />the corporate limit line as established by said Ordinance No. 520 and along
<br />the centerlines of Alameda de las Pulgas and Fernside Street 60,00 feet in
<br />width to the point of intersection of said centerline of Fernside Street with
<br />the northeasterly prolongation of the northwesterly line of Harcross Road,
<br />50.00 feet in width; as said road is shown on mat map entitled Sterling
<br />Highlands No. 5 recorded July 14, 1953 in the Office of the Recorder of San
