The boundaries of the proposed district are set <br />forth and described in Exhibit A. attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, entitled "Boundary Description, Redwood City Gen- <br />eral Improvement District No. 3 -65 ". Said boundaries are shown <br />on that certain map entitled " REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT NO. 3 -65 SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS '1 <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />5. The proposed district is hereby designated as <br />"Redwood City General Improvement District No. 3 -65 ". <br />6. The Council hereby declares that the proposed <br />district is and will be the district benefited by said project. <br />7. Monday, March 8, 1965, at 8:00 P.M. (P.S.T.) and <br />the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br />City of Redwood City, are stated to be the time and place for <br />hearing of objections by persons interested in the formation of <br />the proposed district in the inclusion of any land within the <br />proposed boundaries of the proposed district, or in said pro - <br />ject. On the day fixed for said hearing, or any day to which <br />said hearing is adjourned, the Council shall hear and consider <br />all written and oral objections presented to the formation of <br />the proposed district, the inclusion of any lands in the pro- <br />posed district, or said project. At said hearing the Council <br />may make changes in said project or in the estimated costs and <br />expenses thereof, subject to the limitations specified in Sec- <br />tion 609 of the Ordinance. At said hearing the Council shall <br />exclude from the proposed district any territory that in its <br />opinion would not be benefited by said project as finally de- <br />termined, and may add territory to the proposed district, all <br />3 <br />
