In the event that the bonds are sold at two or more <br />sales (involving either the sale of all of the bonds of any one <br />or more districts at different times or the sale of two or more <br />series of bonds of any one or more districts), then our fees <br />for preparing the proceedings for the authorization, issue and <br />sale of bonds and for rendering our approving opinions thereon <br />will be computed on the following basis (for all three <br />districts if all of the bond elections carry, or for the <br />district or districts in which the bond election does carry): <br />District No. 1 -65 ....... $11,500 <br />District No. 2 -65 6,000 <br />District No. 3 - 6,500 <br />These fees would be in addition to the fee quoted in paragraph <br />1 above and the combined fees would be payable on a propor- <br />tionate basis as the bonds are sold. <br />If this arrangement is satisfactory, I shall appreciate <br />your submitting this letter to the City Council for approval. <br />A simple resolution of the Council approving a copy of this <br />letter in the form attached to such resolution as Exhibit A <br />will suffice for our purposes, but I will prepare a more <br />elaborate resolution if you wish. <br />If you or any of the members of the Council have any <br />questions concerning any of the foregoing or wish to have a <br />more detailed statement concerning any of the foregoing, please <br />let me know. <br />very truly yours, <br />NDR:ea <br />r <br />
