i <br />CHAPTER 16 <br />Section <br />CHAPTER 16 <br />DISSOLUTION <br />1601 Method of Dissolution. Any district or improvement <br />district may be dissolved in the manner provided for dis- <br />solution of community services districts by Title 6, Division 2, <br />Part 7, Chapter 2 of the Government Code, except that (a) the <br />term "voter" shall have the meaning defined in section 222, <br />(b) the dissolution election shall be held in the manner pro- <br />vided in chapter 7, (c) upon dissolution the ownership of <br />the assets, if any, of the district or improvement district <br />shall vest in the city, (d) the council shall act instead of <br />the board of directors and board of supervisors and (e) the <br />clerk shall act instead of the secretary. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />(� '57 {cam <br />city clerk <br />i <br />51 <br />
