WHK: yc:12 /2 9/6 5 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / /30.7f <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 2.12, 2.21, 2.48 AND 31.16 TO, <br /> AND AMENDING SECTIONS 2.45, 2.75, 2.93, 3.2, 4.4, 5.4, <br /> 5.5, 6.4, 6.5, 7.4, 7.5, 8.4, 9.4, 10.4, 10.9, 13.2, <br /> 32.7, 43.3 AND 45.7 OF, ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD <br /> CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, RELATING TO ZONING REGULATIONS <br /> OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD COUNCIL O WOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. Sections 2.12, 2.21, 2.48 and 31.16 are hereby <br /> to Ordinance No. 1130 the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, <br /> o 1130, y g , <br /> adopted May 11, 1964, to read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.12 Basement. Basement is that portion <br /> of a building between floor and ceiling which is wholly or <br /> partly below grade. <br /> "Section 2.21 Carport Space. A building used for <br /> the storage of vehicles or trailers having at least 50 per <br /> cent of two sides open. <br /> "Section 2.48 Grade or Ground Level. The average <br /> of the finished g round level at the center of all walls <br /> of a building. In case walls are within five feet of a <br /> sidewalk, ground level shall be measured at the sidewalk. <br /> "Section 31.16 Commercial Storage of Manures and <br /> Topsoils. Commercial storage of manures and topsoils shall <br /> be permitted in accordance with other sections of this <br /> ordinance, subject, in all cases, to first obtaining a use <br /> permit therefor, and not otherwise. The use permit shall - <br /> be granted upon determination that the manures and /or top- <br /> soils shall not constitute a health hazard to or an undue <br /> interference with properties adjoining the storage area, <br /> and may be granted subject to conditions reasonably imposed <br /> to insure that such hazards or interferences will not <br /> occur." <br />
