r <br /> SECTION 2. Sections 2.45, 2.75, 2.93, 3.2, 4.4, 5.4, 5.5, <br /> 6.4, 6.5, 7.4, 7.5, 8.4, 9.4, 10.4, 10.9, 13.2, 32.7, 43.3 and <br /> 45.7 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 are hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> "Section 2.45 Garage Space. A building or portion <br /> thereof used for the storage of vehicles or trailers. <br /> "Section 2.75 Owner. The recorded property owner, <br /> a person holding an option to purchase, a person under a <br /> contract to purchase, the administrator, executor or trustee <br /> of an estate, or other similar person, or the attorney of <br /> any such persons. <br /> "Section 2.93 Story. Story shall mean that portion <br /> of a building included between the surface of any floor <br /> and the surface of the floor next above it, or, if there <br /> be no floor above it, then the space between the floor and <br /> the ceiling next above it. If the finished floor level <br /> directly above a basement or cellar is more than six feet <br /> above finished grade, such basement or cellar shall be <br /> considered a story. <br /> "Section 3.2 References to Districts. References <br /> may be made to any of the above districts by reference to <br /> the letter, or letter- numeral, designation alone. General <br /> reference to R Districts shall be deemed to include RH, R -1, <br /> R -2, RG, R -3, R -4 and R -5 Districts. General reference to <br /> C Districts shall be deemed to include PO, CA, CM, CB, CG <br /> and CP Districts. <br /> "Section 4.4 Conditional Uses.
