Such <br /> open space shall be located on the same lot <br /> as the dwelling units for which it is required. <br /> The computation of such open space shall <br /> include no obstructions other than devices <br /> and structures designed to enhance its usabil- <br /> ity such as swimming pools, fountains, planters, <br /> benches and landscaping. <br /> "Section 13.2 Permitted Uses..: The followin g structures <br /> and uses are permitted in the CN District: <br /> "(a) Grocery, retail bakery sales, drug, variety, or <br /> hardware stores. <br /> "(b) Beauty, barber, shoe, gift, stationery, record, <br /> toy or flower shops. <br /> "(c) Banks, business and professional offices. <br /> "(d) Soda fountains or restaurants, not including live <br /> entertainment, dancing or sale of liquor, beer or <br /> other alcoholic beverages for consumption on the <br /> premises. <br /> "(e) Studios for arts, crafts, photography, music and <br /> dance. <br /> "(f) Parking lots and garages for customer and employee <br /> parking only. <br /> "Section 32.7 Projection into Required Yards. The <br /> following architectural features may project into required <br /> yard areas: <br /> "(a) Architectural features on the main building, such <br /> as cornices, eaves, canopies and fireplaces may <br /> extend into any required yard a maximum of three <br /> feet but in no event closer than three feet to <br /> any property line. <br /> "(b) Porches, landing places or stairways which are <br /> open and uncovered may project a maximum of six <br /> feet into any required yard, but in no event closer <br /> than four feet to any property line. <br /> "(c) The second story of any dwelling may project into <br /> front and rear yards up to two inches for every <br /> one foot of height between the floor of the second <br /> story and the ground level below. <br /> -7- <br />
