07/09/01 <br /> COPY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATED <br /> ENFORCEMENT SYSTEMS <br /> <br /> (Lockheed Martin IMS Corporation) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing having been held on July <br /> <br /> 2001, on the use of Automated Enforcement Systems to be installed at five <br /> locations within the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement for the installation and use of an Automated <br /> Enforcement System having been presented to this Council for review and <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, 'Agreement by and Between Lockheed <br /> <br />Martin IMS Corporation and Redwood City, California to Provide Services in <br />Support of Management of the Photo Red Light Enforcement Technology <br />Program," by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and Lockheed Martin IMS Corporation, for the installation <br />and operation of the Automated Enforcement Systems, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br /> <br />Reso- 1189 1 <br />F:~sha recl\redwood~Cou nell <br />06/25101 <br /> <br /> <br />
