Task Four: Meetings <br /> Task Four (Meetings) requirements will be met in a variety of ways. It is our custom and <br /> practice to conduct a "pre- project" meeting to further define the project. Progress meetings will <br /> be held as requested. DRG will develop the agenda two (2) business days prior to the meeting <br /> and produce meeting minutes three (3) business days after the meeting. In addition, "milestone" <br /> meetings will be held as the completion of Tasks One through Three. <br /> Task Three will be completed soon after the inventory takes place. During Tasks One and Two, <br /> critical information for completing the i -Tree Streets analysis can be collected. To achieve <br /> that goal, we plan to utilize three to four inventory arborists on this project, one project manager, <br /> and one project coordinator who will oversee field staff in addition to field collection duties. <br /> Utilizing that number on our team, we anticipate the inventory project taking approximately 14 <br /> to 16 weeks.
