Water system improvement projects <br /> <br /> proposed under the Second Amendment should be <br /> designed and constructed in compliance with all <br /> criteria and standards established by the Redwood <br /> <br /> City Community Development Department, the Redwood <br /> City Fire Department and the California Waste Water <br /> Standards. The City should continue to impose its <br /> Water Conservation Ordinance during the periods of <br /> severe drought to maximize the use of the City's <br /> water allocation from the San Francisco Water <br /> Department's Hetch Hetchy Aqueduct System, and to <br /> conserve the City's finite water resources. <br /> <br /> 3. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. These <br /> measures are already part of Redwood City's practice <br /> regarding water supply. <br /> <br /> 4.
