(9.1 E Z <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funds have been appropriated in the proposed 2003 -2004 Public Works Services Traffic <br />Control Maintenance budget. <br />Requested budget amount: <br />Street Light/signal knuck -downs $26,120 <br />Emergency Electrical Repair Service (this contract) - $21,309 <br />Budget balance $ 4,811 <br />This service covers approximately 75% of the emergency responses encountered during a <br />typical budget year. The remainder of the funds will be used for other necessary repairs <br />and maintenance as needed. There are adequate funds in the program budget. <br />Staff will not initiate this contract until the City Council has formally approved the 2003- <br />2004 budget. Should the pending appropriation be reduced or deleted from the 2003- <br />2004 budget, this contract will either be reduced or not be executed.
