Mr. Harry Smith, speaking for Mr. Lindgren, .stat.ed_ .that.. here. was a petition with 24 signatures._ favoring .the .re.subdivision.. Mr. _ Lindgren . s.ta.ted- that he wanted to build two homes.because of the size of the lot and he did.no.t. want to build as large a home as would be required if this property were not subdivided. If the subdivision were allowed one lot would have 8700 square. feet and the other lot 7800 square feet. • After further_discussion,..Councilman Spillers withdrew his motion with the approval of the second. Councilman Granger then moved that this matter be set for a public hearing in three weeks, December 5th, seconded by Councilman Royer. Councilman Britschgi aaked that the Clerk be instructed to check the records wherein the Council denied subdivision of this same property. Motion carried.
