Councilman Royer moved that the Cit9 <br /> �anager au�horize the proper authorities to put in sprinklers and turf 100' x 250' area. <br /> This was followed by discussion after whieh Councilman Royer ehanged his motion to read <br /> that the area be ��urfed and sprinkler systsm put in the 100' x 250' area with the <br /> unders�anding that �he Chestnut Strept Playgrnound also be turfed, seconded by Couneilman <br /> Britschgi and carried. <br /> CITY MANAGER REPORT ON ES`1'IMATE COST OF DEV�LOPING MASTER YLAN FOR STULSAFT PARK. City <br /> Nlanager Rolison stated that he had figuree which he would like turned over to the <br /> Committee for their decision. Councilman Jones moved that this be turned over to the <br /> Committee for their recommendation. Hector and Larry Wise, <br /> Councilman Britschgi moved that the Council Hecreation Committee, The City Manager and ' <br /> a Park and Recreation Commission Committee meet and discuss this rnatter with the three ' <br /> planners, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. Mr. Wilhelm was of the opinion that a good deal of II <br /> � I <br /> the inventory stock could be sold in fiteen days since it was mostly Christmas items. <br /> This was followed by discussion regarding possible outlets for the merchandise. Council- ' <br /> man Royer stated council was of the opinion that they would not allow any of this type <br /> of sale during Christmas Season. Councilman Britschgi stated that the Council has asked ' <br /> the City Attorney to draw up an ordinance stopping this type of sale during the holiday ' <br /> seasons. Councilman Britschgi moved that the request be denied, seconded by Councilman <br /> Granger, who stated that this store c:ould have sold their wares b efore and now waited <br /> until the Christmas season to hold the sale.
