It is the recommendation of the corrnnittee that the existing two-hour parkin� zone on Broadway be extended to both sides of Clinton Street, north of Broadway for a distance of approximately sixty feet. This was followed "'"* b� �eneral discussion pro and con. �ouncilman Britschgi was of the opinion that this ,,,� mi�ht develop into a trap. �ouncilman Granger was of the opinion that parkin� meters should be installed. Councilman Royer moved approval of the Traffic ract Finding Comr:7ittee1s recommendation, seconded by Councilman Spillers. Councilman Granger was of the opinion that this should be sent back with the thou�;ht of putting in parking meters. Councilman Britschgi stated that he was �oing to vote no because he did not approve the idea. Motion carried on roll call with Councilman Britschgi voting N0. Councilman Granber moved that �he matter of parking meters for this area be referred to the Traffic Faet Finding Committee, seconded by Councilman Royer. Motion carried on roll call with Councilmen Britschgi and Stout voting N0.
