Letter from Planning Commission re- <br /> commending denial based on petition signed by 16 property owners objecting to the variance, <br /> was read. Councilman Granger moved that the recommendation be approved, seconded by <br /> Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> APPROVAL FINAL MAP WOODSIDE TERRACE NO. 6, subject to City Engineer approval. A. L. WHIPPLE RE: ALLEGED DAMAGE TO AUTO WHEN STRUCK BY FIRE TRUCK. Letter from Mrs. <br /> Whipple stating that a fire truck struck her car which was parked in the driveway of <br /> 1 <br /> 726 Hillcrest Drive, during a fire at Hillcrest Drive. Councilman Britschgi moved denial <br /> of the claim and this be referred to the insurance carrier, seconded by Councilman Jones <br /> and carried. <br /> Mrs. Elaine V. Coop RE: ALLEGED INJURY CAUSED BY FALL ON BROADWAY NEAR WINSLOW. Letter from <br /> Mrs. Coop stating that she suffered injury caused from a fall on Broadway was read. Coun- <br /> cilman Britschgi moved that the claim be denied and referred to the insurance carrier, <br /> seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br /> MRS. D. L. CRAIGMILE RE: ALLEGED INJURIES CAUSED BY FALL NEAR 2628 BROADWAY. Letter from Mrs. <br /> Craigmile was read stating that she caught her heel in a hole on a water meter box and <br /> fell. Councilman Royer moved that the claim be denied and referred to the insurance <br />
