t • <br /> Section 1. <br /> (a) Unless the context otherwise requires, the <br /> terms defined in this Section 1(a) shall have the meanings <br /> herein specified: <br /> BONDS <br /> The term "bonds" shall mean the "Redwood City <br /> General Improvement District No. 2 -65 1966 Water Bonds." <br /> CHARTER <br /> The term "Charter" shall mean the Charter of the <br /> City, as amended and in effect on the date of adoption of this <br /> resolution. <br /> CITY <br /> The term "City" shall mean the City of Redwood City. <br /> CLERK <br /> The term "Clerk" shall mean the City Clerk of the City. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> The term "Council" shall mean the Council of the City. <br /> DISTRICT <br /> The term "District" shall mean Redwood City <br /> General Improvement District No. 2 -65. <br /> MAYOR <br /> The term "Mayor" shall mean the Mayor of the City. <br /> ORDINANCE <br /> The term "Ordinance" shall mean Ordinance No. 1128, <br /> adopted by the Council on March 9, 1964, as amended and in effect <br /> on the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> TREASURER <br /> The term "Treasurer" shall mean the City Treasurer <br /> of the City. <br /> (b) The Council has reviewed all proceedings here- <br /> tofore taken and has found as a result of such review, and does <br /> hereby find and determine, that all acts, conditions and things <br /> required by law to exist, happen and be performed precedent to <br /> 2 <br />
