RESOLUTION NO 4 <br /> PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE,OF $1,840,000 PRINCIPAL <br /> AMOUNT OF "REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3-65 <br /> 1966 SEWER BONDS ", PRESCRIBING THE DATE AND FORM OF SAID <br /> BONDS AND OF THE COUPONS TO BE ATTACHED THERETO; FIXING THE <br /> MAXIMUM RATE OF INTEREST ON SAID BONDS AND PRESCRIBING THE <br /> MATURITIES THEREOF; OF• AUTHOR <br /> IZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF SAID BONDS <br /> AND COUPONS; PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF A TAX TO PAY THE <br /> PRINCIPAL THEREOF AND INTEREST THEREON; AND DIRECTING NOTICE <br /> OF SALE OF SAID BONDS TO BE GIVEN. <br /> WHEREAS, all the requirements of law, including <br /> the Charter and the Ordinances hereinafter referred to, <br /> have been complied with in calling and holding the special <br /> bond election held in Redwood City General Improvement <br /> District No. 3 -65 (herein called the "District "), on June 8, <br /> 1965, at which election a measure to issue bonds of the <br /> District in the principal sum of $1,840,000 for the objects <br /> and purposes hereinafter stated were submitted to the voters <br /> of the District; and the Council of the City of Redwood <br /> City did duly and regularly canvass the returns of said <br /> election and did as the result of such canvass determine <br /> and declare, and do hereby certify, that said measure <br /> received at said election the affirmative vote of a <br /> majority of all of the voters voting on said measure at <br /> said election, and was thereby carried and adopted by said <br /> election, and the issuance of said bonds by the District <br /> was duly authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br /> the City of Redwood City, as follows: <br /> 1 <br />
