(a) Unless the context otherwise <br /> requires, the terms defined in this Section 1(a) shall <br /> have the meanings herein specified: <br /> BONDS: <br /> The term "bonds" shall mean the "Redwood City <br /> General Improvement District No. 3 -65 1966 Sewer Bonds." <br /> CHARTER <br /> The term "Charter" shall mean the Charter of <br /> the City, as amended and in effect on the date of adoption <br /> of this resolution. <br /> CITY <br /> The term "City" shall mean the City of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> CLERK <br /> The term "Clerk" shall mean the City Clerk of <br /> the City. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> The term "Council" shall mean the Council of <br /> the City. <br /> DISTRICT <br /> The term "District" shall mean Redwood City <br /> General Improvement District No. 3 -65. <br /> MAYOR <br /> The term "Mayor" shall mean the Mayor of the <br /> City. <br /> ORDINANCE <br /> The term "Ordinance" shall mean Ordinance No. 1128, <br /> adopted by the Council on March 9, 1964, as amended and <br /> in effect on the date of adoption of this resolution. <br /> 2 <br />
