• • • TREASURER The term "Treasurer" shall mean the City Treasurer of the City. (b) The Council has reviewed all proceedings here- tofore taken and has found as a result of such review, and does hereby find and determine, that all acts, conditions and things required by law to exist, happen and be performed precedent to and in the issuance of the bonds have existed, happened and been performed in due time, form and manner as required by law, including the Charter and the Ordinance, and the District is now authorized pursuant to each and every requirement of law to incur indebtedness in the manner and form as in this resolution provided. Section 2. Bonds of the District in the aggregate principal amount of $1,840,000 shall issue pursuant to the Ordinance to pay the cost of the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance and operation of the District Project set forth in the following measure, to wit: MEASURE (C): Shall Redwood City General (District Improvement District No. 3 -65 No. 3 -65 incur a general obligation Sanitary bonded indebtedness in the Sewer System principal amount of $1,840,000 Improvement for the acquisition, construc- Project) tion, improvement, maintenance and operation of the following district project, to wit: Sanitary Sewer System Improvement Project comprising (a) new relief and trunk mains; (b) additions to ex- isting pumping plant; (c) new outfall main; (d) lands, rights of way and easements for any or all of said works; and (e) other works, property or structures necessary or convenient for said project? Section 3. The bonds shall be issued as herein- after set forth, and shall be sold in accordance with law. The bonds shall be $1,840,000 in aggregate principal amount and shall be known as "Redwood City General Improvement District No. 3 -65 1966 Sewer Bonds."
