• • <br /> • <br /> TREASURER <br /> The term "Treasurer" shall mean the City Treasurer <br /> of the City. <br /> (b) The Council has reviewed all proceedings here- <br /> tofore taken and has found as a result of such review, and <br /> does hereby find and determine, that all acts, conditions <br /> and things required by law to exist, happen and be performed <br /> precedent to and in the issuance of the bonds have existed, <br /> happened and been performed in due time, form and manner <br /> as required by law, including the Charter and the Ordinance, <br /> and the District is now authorized pursuant to each and <br /> every requirement of law to incur indebtedness in the <br /> manner and form as in this resolution provided. <br /> Section 2. Bonds of the District in the aggregate <br /> principal amount of $1,840,000 shall issue pursuant to the <br /> Ordinance to pay the cost of the acquisition, construction, <br /> improvement, maintenance and operation of the District <br /> Project set forth in the following measure, to wit: <br /> MEASURE (C): Shall Redwood City General <br /> (District Improvement District No. 3 -65 <br /> No. 3 -65 incur a general obligation <br /> Sanitary bonded indebtedness in the <br /> Sewer System principal amount of $1,840,000 <br /> Improvement for the acquisition, construc- <br /> Project) tion, improvement, maintenance <br /> and operation of the following <br /> district project, to wit: Sanitary Sewer <br /> System Improvement Project comprising (a) new <br /> relief and trunk mains; (b) additions to ex- <br /> isting pumping plant; (c) new outfall main; <br /> (d) lands, rights of way and easements for <br /> any or all of said works; and (e) other <br /> works, property or structures necessary or <br /> convenient for said project? <br /> Section 3. The bonds shall be issued as herein- <br /> after set forth, and shall be sold in accordance with law. <br /> The bonds shall be $1,840,000 in aggregate principal amount <br /> and shall be known as "Redwood City General Improvement <br /> District No. 3 -65 1966 Sewer Bonds." The bonds shall be <br /> negotiable in form, and of the character known as serial <br /> 3 <br />
